My Therapeutic Philosophy

Everyone experiences challenges that can impact their quality of life, sometimes leaving us feeling stuck or alone. I believe that through connection, aligning with our values, and moving toward acceptance, we can shift how we relate to our experiences and begin to transform patterns that no longer serve us.

I utilize an integrative, third-wave Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach, tailoring treatment to meet each individual’s unique needs. I currently only work with adults (18+). Depending on your presentation, our work may draw from CBT, ACT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), as well as relational and person-centered approaches. My goal is to meet you where you are, creating a collaborative, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore and process openly.

I also integrate cultural and identity-based factors into therapy, recognizing the importance of your full lived experience and supporting you holistically. My approach is grounded in authenticity, with the goal of helping you reconnect with a version of yourself that feels more aligned, grounded, and fulfilled.

My experience has largely focused on supporting individuals within my specialties, including anxiety and related disorders (e.g., generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, perfectionism, panic disorder, social anxiety), stress and burnout, ADHD and executive dysfunction, relationship challenges, and identity and cultural factors, while also working with depression, trauma, substance use, mood-related concerns, and other challenges over the course of my career.

My experience across private practice, college counseling centers, and inpatient psychiatric settings provides a strong foundation in evidence-based care. While diagnoses can be helpful, I view each person as more than a label; rather someone with resilience and the capacity to build a meaningful life. It is truly a privilege to support you in that process.
